Description

Hi, want to show a first WIP of my current ship-building-project. The research vessel "Oceanic Adventurer" has a lenght of 99 meters and a beam of 23 meters. The displacement is about 8700 tons. She has a draft of 7.1 meters. The crew are 33 men and women and she could be home for up to 28 scientists. I build her in C4D. As my first ship model, the "Warrior I" the "Oceanic Adventurer" will also be available after finishing her as BryceModel. Later on in other formats too. Keep an eye on her, i'll keep you informed. Thanks for looking and all comments. dj

She looks like a fine vessel! I like the directional thrusters in the bow!

Very nice modelling work. I am stuck at the single round sphere stage myself, LOL. This looks like a great start and will be fun to see with windows and a bit of rigging, etc. Any chance of exporting this models as obj or 3ds or DXF so that they could by converted and used in PovRay, daz Studio, Poser 3, etc? Excellent WIP model!
