daali is it Abacus? in dutch we call it tel raam.. yes it is proven to be the best way to teach kids a visual way of counting... Dirk you you are a genious.. I enjoy digging deep into my memory to relive history...

Holey #&$&&!! lol Sorry - I'm just absolutely in awe of the construction you did on this one, Dirk. Simply mind boggling. Hmmm..."Babbage". This is the second time I've heard that word. The first was in the title of a VERY cool fractal made by Mark Townsend in the UF 2 days. I'll have to Google the word - they didn't have search engines back then - lol.
