At 6.30am this morning the world lost one of the good guys - my dad
I am coping better than I expected mainly because the kids are my main priority
At 14 Daniel took it hardest because for many years his "dandad" was his best mate and father figure for many years. It is hard to tell with mikayla but she seems ok
Yesterday I made the tear pic straight after the summoning phone call from the nursing home and I posted it just for dad but he was a generous guy and won't mind me sharing with you lot lol
the top pic is one i did today went for a more historical feel :o) I am posting both as I had a lot of people enquiring about yesterdays this way I can tell you all together and only have to inflict all my typos on you once

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. My father is dealing with Cancer and going through some agressive chemotherapy, so I can sympathize with you. It's hard losing a parent and you can take solace in your art, your children and in us. Keep the faith.

So sorry to hear this! But he'll live on in your hearts, he'll never be far away, just like my own father lives on in my heart. Responsibilities sometimes work like a buffer against the pain, they helped me cope when my father died, I hope they'll help you too.
