BIOI am a Florida native, I grew up in a Mayo, Florida on a tobacco, chicken and watermelon farm. I am 32 and currently enrolled at the University of South Florida, studying to become an Industrial Engineer. My great-great grandfather was one of the first photographers in Florida. I use a Canon 40D and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30. I enjoy nature photography and macro photography.

this is a little fly and I think it is called picturewing fly. I have one in my gallery and they are very tiny.excellent macro

Oh my what a cute little BUG!!!! Like a cross between a large mosquito and hoverfly and dragonfly... EXCELLENT capture ... I REALLY hope Wilma won't be too vicious... We've sure had enough disasters this year..!!!!!! Sunday is my bday too :) HANG TOUGH (((HUGS)))
