Description

One of my early efforts from 1997.......... Originally fit into 640x480 I was blowing the res on the laptop and maxing out the 75MHz processor at the time...... Reworked to fit into 1024x768 1280x1024 was just too much on the eyes and I didn't want to change the contrast and brightness as the image lost too much of its ethereal feel.......... Hope you like................ Take it easy........... I use Open Source Software to create and produce my artwork..... This is because it is mostly FREE software..... For a full list of my current software take a look at my BIO on my HOMEPAGE..... I do use Adobe ImageReady for the final JPEGing..... I haven't found anything else that makes a low quality JPEG look quite so good..... I don't have a WACOM so for freehand I use my iPAQ to create 320x240.....

Super spooky and very amazing . . . looks like your image size update process worked great! Excellent artistic work! ~V~ Re: Graphics tablet for drawing. . . [Disclaimer: I do NOT work there.] A grocery store [yes, strange I know!?] called Aldi's has an ad this week for a 12by9 inch USB graphics tablet for $39 with software. Aldi has stores in a lot of places in the US, I think they are based in Germany. Do not know if the software is current or will work on different OSs. Have heard these tables will work with the free Open Source "Art Rage" program but have not tested this. Now $39 is still sone money, but it may be worth cecking out.
