Description

Wind, snow, ice and rain all do their part in breaking down the Earth's landforms; but, the largest destructor of them all are 'lichens' - a simple plant consisting of a fungus living in close association with algae growing on rock. Lichens break down rock with their enzymes leaving sand and dust in their path. Thanks to joshus_hund (aka 'Jens') for this 2049 terrain he calls 'Emotional' which is available at his web site: http://www.joshus_hund.com . Also, thanks to JPSoft for cutting out my balloon picture; and, for the PSP techniques on how to insert the balloon into the picture. Buzzzzz also continues to give me some great tips on using both PSP and PS. Thank you all for visiting; and for your helpful comments. Wonderful to view! Bright and clear, detailed and realitic. Also a great intro the taught/reminded me about the power of time and the effects of some of the smallest liveing things on gigantic land forms and the formation of components of the very soil we depend on for food. ~v~
