Description
Shipping some Fall colors down to Richard. :-) Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my last upload. It was really kind of boring and I'll probably delete it.. LOL You are all so very nice though and I've had a bit of trouble getting the Autumn shots that I wanted. My first Autumn with a camera too ...sigh lol
Never heard of that M&M cereal either Ray...hmmm... maybe we should invent it over here! LOL Andreas!
This shot was taken near Indian Lake, NY, 2 weeks ago and I just fell in love with this little cabin. I have about 20 versions of this same picture and had so much trouble deciding which one to upload but ended up going with the original... hehehe I was pretty happy with this one...enjoy!!
A wonderful weekend to all you great folks and I plan to catch up in all of your galleries over the next couple days.

Stunning scenery and warm tones. Love that cottage with a smoke stack at the edge of the lake. What is it near the stairs? Is it an eagle of sorts sitting there? Very intriguing. Excellent shot. Happy you uploaded this.

LMAO!!!! Youre such a good daughter keeping your dad up to date like that, lol. (one would think that the dad of M&M would be Willy Wonka...or???) OOOOOOOH MAGGIE!!!! THIS IS THE CABIN I WANT TO LIVE IN!!!! This is exactly how i fantasy my life will turn out...living out in the woods in a cabin like that by a lake....mmmmmmmm........sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!! Just wonderful !!! You can't imagine how I love this shot and your postwork Maggie ! But there's a problem.... I would like to live here.... and Andreas too.... Maybe a cabin isn't enough for all of us, including the little 'Eija'... ;o))) Giancarlo and I have always dream to live in a place and a small wood house like this one, near a lake to could go to fish... and far frome the cities and humans !!!! I have a dream ;o))))) and I hope that one day I'll could realise it, even if without Giancarlo the dream will turn on another way... there was nothing wrong with your previous capture. sometimes the pov of hills does not work exactly as one would wish, but the colors are there. I would love to live in a cabin like this away from the city. beautiful capture and thanks for the colors
