Description

Hi! Here is the red tailed hawk, kinda up close. He was very proud sitting there with one foot on his lunch. I took several pictures of him before he flew away. Got a butt shot even when he turned to fly. This one and his/her mate live in a tree in my yard. They have a nest and they look like they are in love. I see them out flying together, twirling around each other. Maybe one day I will get a shot of them doing that (I hope). Hope you all enjoy the shot, if not my rambling. :P Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my last upload, Tiny Hawk in the Clouds. Makes me feel good that some even saw the other hawk in the bottom corner.....thanks for looking that close. :) Comments and suggestions are always welcome. Thanks for looking! Have a wonderful weekend! :)

These guys are difficult to capture. You did and excellent job. Too bad that one twig is the way. I think you could clone that out without much difficulty. Excellent image!
