Description

This big fellow was rounding up his females and heading downhill parallel to the road. My two companions leaped out of the car and proceeded to follow him. I, on the other hand, realized that if I continued down the road in the car and got ahead of him, I could wait for him to come to me, which he did. When he came into range I clicked the shutter which made him turn his head and I clicked again which is the shot here. He then lowered his head and headed in my direction. I grabbed camera and tripod and fled to the other side of the car only to realize that he wasn't after me, but was after one of his females who had been standing close by me on the left. Whew! Definite heart palpitations!

LOL!!! That is such a fascinating story. Sounds like something from "The Ring 2" when the pack of deers attack the car. What a gorgeous animal that is, and you captured it perfectly!!!!! Have a great weekend. #:O)
