This render has a good feeling of "space" - the blurred background, together with the color matching of the background with scene lighting makes it all very convincing. I'm still a little uneasy about the main lightsource coming from below (the path?) - it illuminates his face is a slightly odd way. Most light would come from above in an outdoor scene (since the sun is up there somewhere).
