I must temper my memory of the Huron Portland Cement limestone quarry to view this in virgin light. The striations leading to cliffs is really morphing into fantasy formations.

my feelings are mixed on this one. I probably would have cut the haze down in the background. The terrain is nice except for the cliffline running in the upper third of the image. But thats my opinion, and you know what the saying is there.

A taste of the ole west. Great sky and depth. Nice touch with the rays and haze. Doesn't look like it would be a easy ride. Bring water..

Nature has had some real fun creating the landforms of the southwest. It seems that there were no rules ...everything an original. Your terrain and its surface coloring displays a beautiful gradient from foreground to the distance - a producy of lighting and haze. For realism; this is a gem!

The main terrace in the middle cuts the image. There is - for me - no real point of focus nor anything mesmerizing due to this fact. Agree with cphilrun about the haze - which leads my eyes out of the image instead of into. Still looking forward to see your next piece ;-)
