A more definitive version of my previous posted picture, maybe i'll do some changes in time.
Added background from many italian landscapes and more postwork with photoshop.

Lovely work but...for my taste, Elric is a little too muscular. Also, in my opinion, The mountain in the BG is a bit too prominent (maybe bring down the saturation to put the focus back on Elric?) Finally, his armor looks a little too simple for me (Can you tell I've got a thing about this character?)

I need to agree with Tom, Elric is way too muscular. Remember that he needs to consume his "potions" even to lift Stormbringer. It looks great, tho. You going to do Moonglum?

Elric looks great, the hair an face are excelent, but allready said he has to much muscles and his armor should be less warrior and more noble. Anyway. Nice Image
