Realizm is over-rated! But you've done well with this render, her shadow is what really puts the finishing touch to it!

Well, i think you did an amazing work - i can just see a pair of small glitches - one is the aforementioned shadow - the other is that the asphalt of the road in closeup is very "grainy", and that contrast too strongly with the perfectly detailed feets of the poser model - i'm no photography expert, so take my words with care :) but i think it's a problem of focus - you would either need to take a photo with the focus closer to the viewer, or place the figure in the midst of the image, where the focus is greater (of course that means making the figure smaller... i hope this help, but mind that despite that, it is a wonderful image, and realism is great already! ;)

Not too bad... shadows are a real bitch with the shadow catcher... been having fun withthat this morning with a photograph... damn hard to get right! You haven't done too badly her at all really when you consider what we've got to play with in Poser... (VOTE)

Darn, that's real... Whoa, whoa, waitaminit! Dead giveaway: She's not carrying a PURSE! No lady shops without a purse! LOL! Besides, she's ignoring the camera; ladies just don't do that. :D They might not LOOK at it, but you can tell they see it. Excellent job on matching the lighting (I've been real slack about that in my posts), although I'm not sure I could explain the blue on the right side of her face. I agree with GRiMAge about the focus/foreground issues, but if I look carefully, it looks like you built all that--fine job, there! The shadow seems too fuzzy for sunlight, too--danged if I know how to fix that; my machine hates shadows! I'm still trying to get more than two figures in a scene with props and clothing. Your clothing textures are excellent, as well! (I think I'm gonna have to use the rating gadget on this one, for once!) Great work, Susan! ~Hugs!~

I think you did a fabulous job of creating a realistic image. At first I wasnt sure that it was not all a photograph. You merged the background with the shopper so well, that it is very convincing ! Excellent work ! By the way, where did you get that hairdo ? lol. Actually I am serious. Have been looking for a soft afro for a long time. :-) Are those JC Penney clothes she is wearing ? lol..now I am kidding. I love this piece of artwork. How very original and realistic. ( Please let me know where to get the hairdo ) The clothes simply would not look good on me.....but the hair, well, that is another story. lol. See how your realism got me going !! FIVE STAR WORK !

Oh now you have updated the light direction, it fits the photo very well. As mentioned above the focus on the photo is slightly behind her, so making her smaller and set her a bit back could be look better. Anyway you did an excellent job here and the render is of better quality than the photo..;-)) ( maybe a slight blurr can reduce her sharpness to the level of the photo). Top work an i love the hair! ~Uwe

Well with the comments for improvement and all, I still think it looks realistic to me, maybe she was in a hurry cause a hurricane was coming so she forgot her shoes or lost them in New Orleans. Anyway, you did a really wonderful job in making the girl look realistic. As far as focus, not even a camera gets things perfect everytime. All in all it's a excellent render.

WOW, COOL! Fantastic blend of 2D and 3D, it's really hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. The girl's outfit is also just magnificent. All in all, an outstanding image! V
