yeah messing around with photoshop and computer arts magazine's tutorial ;----D sorry. If the idea would be your it would be much better ;)

I know it was a tutorial, but hey... I have to learn somehow... right ??? Besides.... at least I went to the trouble of downloading all the stuff and doing the tut, and learning something, which is more than I can say for a lot of people... I'm not a born artist, so I have to make do with what other folks can teach me. :)

Fortunately, this site is for everyones ORIGINAL artwork...When you decide to do something that is your own, upload that, keep your tutorials to yourself...oh, and downloading really isn't that much "trouble"...if you think it is, your in for one hell of a ride in this field...YOU EVEN PUT YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS...:(

ice0003... Fortunately too this site is for HELPFUL comments.. not destructive criticism, if I'm correct. And if you had even bothered to look, you would have seen that I have indeed decided to do something original, and I have posted that too. And as far as I'm concerned, this picture is not available anywhere but here, so that makes it original, I did not download it, it was made by ME from various miscellaneous photographs, so I have every right to put a signature on it, just like you are entitled to your name on a drivers licence even if someone else teaches you to drive. As for downloading, I am sitting on a 16k connection and the files I needed to do this came close on 15 megs, whick took me most of the night, so yes, it was a bit of trouble, but like you say.. it's a hell of a ride in the digital artworld, but I intend to enjoy the ride anyways. Thanx for your time. :)
