Description

Another MMF4 RIFS beta 3. Note that the title is misleading, it is not a Flame Fractal, rather it is coloured based on the image genetics.

Has the true quality of organic plants, ferns in this instance. Very well done!

Well, I don't understand the mechanics behind any of this, or the math, but I love doing fractal art, and seeing others' art, and this one of yours is wonderful! Very realistic, and of course, I love the colors--nicely done!

Great Autumn foliage/colors. It does look somewhat like an Apo image.

VERY cool, Dave. You're right - I DID think it was a flame. And your first I'd seen at that - lol That's a great ucl!

Hi all, THX for the comments - Rykk: the main formula IS a main formula not a UCL. I wrote it that way so that it was possible to create IFS fractals without having to have them all rendered in the Global section like flames. The UFM allows you to choose the "Inverse" rendering method for IFS/RIFS which means you can see your fractals being rendered in the standard manner AND it doesn't require the massive amount of memory that the other rendering methods require (like Flames). However this one was rendered in the global section using the Random IFS method.
