Description

Winter Blue

I wanted to do a simple image this weekend, but I ended up doing this instead ;) Looks pretty simple, but it actually took me all weekend to do. I know it doesn't look very wintery other than the blues used throughout, but I've had the song "Winter Blue" by Heather Nova in my head for days, so I decided to make all the clothes and even the hair blue.

Technicals and Credits:
Rendered in Poser4, post-production work in Photoshop5. Voluptuous Vicky (v1) by Wyrmmaster, classic wrap by PhilC, Vicki sweater (sleeves) by DAZ3D. Texture by "unknown" (I can't find the reamde file, and there isn't a name or logo on the texture) with minor modifications by me. The hair is my second attempt at hand-painted hair, done in Photoshop using a WACOM Graphire tablet -- special thanks to toxic angel for the hair tutorial.
The character is one of my own, named Skye.
