a bit different but anyway this one also belongs to my harvest series.

Just loved this old stuff and those apples ready to be roasted.
When taking the shot I had to think of those memories Gene told me once LOL
He still recalls wonderful memories to his aunt (sorry have forgotten her name *blush*)
She must have been a warmhearted woman, she worked all day in the kitchen and
the house smelled of freshly baked cake hehe
So this image is for you, Gene!

Ich kenn das noch. Links im Schiff war immer heis Wasser, da hat man sich im Winter nach der Schneeballschlacht die Hde wieder aufgewmt. Dein wundervoller Stiel gibt dem Bild ein nostaligisches Gefl. Bravo!!!

Yes, it does bring back memories! However, it looks a bit like baked apples rather than pies. You know, stuffed with raisins, currents, and nuts, and baked in a bath of brown sugar syrup and cinammon. Ummm!
