Description

~there is no doubt that having blue eyes drags attention to you...it's a beautiful colour and is usually associated with good things - with the odd exception of course ;) ~i wanted to convey the vibrancy of their colour in this photo - and yes the colour of the eyes is real! all i did to this photo was desaturate the colour, make it a little softer and add the text...hope you all lyk the effect

I have blue eyes, yet i drag no attention to myself...sigh. I like this effect alot, but it looks like you smoothed out her left cheek which made it blurry. Thats the only thing i feel could use some more work. Great job! Have a wonderful day. #:O)
