dont really like the yellow, but yes, it is a very good render, very realistic and with a simple use of modelling: except for the plants the rest of it uses very simple polygons.

Is very unique design! Window light near floor.. tall thin mirror.. exposed plumbing.. no tiles at floor.. clean, crisp, modern. Interesting and stylish. And super render. Very COOL!
