Hey all,
Here is an image created with the Carrara 5 beta, it uses the new volumetric clouds and the surface generator to create the trees on the terrains. This image has over 10,000 trees and carrara hardly notices when you move around in the assembly room.

Carrara has been coming along in the natural environment. Being able to see a big area with all the items in detail and in scale is refreshing.

The original image was 2000 pixels wide and I think it took something like 3.5 to 4 hours or so.
