Pretty Cool Stuff Here! Try the median filter on your cloud/sky layers. Might help get rid of some of the noise?

very dramatic image! - lighting is great - it shows off the canyon wall perfectly - excllent postwork with the sky and lightning - nice water settings/ great reflection settings!! nice match of colours from the terrain to the sky!
