BIO I am a retired graphic artist/ designer/ magazine art director/ production manager/ traditional fine artist. I now create traditional multimedia paintings. well I'm back in 2005, and this is a terrific image. You've got lots of atomized detail both in the inner oval and outside it. Nature in many manifestations, lots of organic texture where the texture is as important as the actual plants it articulates. And your area outside the oval really is about light & texture & organic play, and it could be a study of life forms of many kinds. This is deep thinking about nature, deep seeing, and playful all at the same time. I can see the Halloween part (gnarly scary trees), but the process you're displaying goes well beyond Halloween too. A very introspective piece into the 'nature of things'. Very fine work.
