Description

Apophysis 1.01 ... UF ... PSP.

Once in a blue moon cabbages sprout feathers... ;) When I first discovered fractals back in March of 2004, Apophysis 1.01 was already ancient news... so I never did get to play with it... before now. I created two flames... rendered them in UF (cuz, well... ya have to with V. 1.01) and then layered them in PSP where I added the simple frame. The flames looked pretty neat in color... but I liked the composition better in greyscale with a blue moon. I hope some of you like it, too! :) My husband just came in and studied it for a second or two... then asked me who he should call when I finally fall over the edge of sanity. I told him that he was a day late and a dime short... lol!

Warmest thanks to all of you for the views and feedback on my previous efforts... and thank you ever so much for having a look at this one! Hugs! Helen :)

You have to render Apo 1's? I just always exported them as jpegs or bmps or whatever the default was, but then again I never achieved what you achieve regularly with this program. The edge of sanity is always closer than we think, an occaisional peek is usually good for what ails you. Fantastic work, those flying cabbages also look alot like billowing clouds rising up in greeting to the rare blue moon. You've done it again.

Your choice of colour has made this a deep sense of mystique and charm. Much effort to deal with a challenging theme! I can only respond with Ooooohhhh ..... seasonal migration....cool, with wings.

Strikingly beautiful, Helen, and an awesome "blue moon" mood. I remember the first time Andy Williams sang it, I was a teenager and in heaven. You only "fell over the edge of sanity yesterday?!" Well, then..I'm way ahead of you. ;~)

Really a beauty Helen. I have used Apophysis 1.01 and even though it is not as flexible as the later versions, it is one cool program! Love your blue moon too! Leanndra
