Description

Shatterer of Worlds "If the radiance of a thousand suns Were to burst at once into the sky That would be like the splendor of the Mighty one -- I am become Death, The shatterer of Worlds." note: this was supposedly quoted by J. Robert Oppenheimer on July 16, 1945 when the first atomic bomb was tested. I have had some problems with my ISP and have not been able to get on the internet for the most part, for the last several days. Having Renderosity withdrawal, (LOL). So now I have to play catch up again! This post today is a more serious one. So hope you will enjoy it as well, and I thank you for the time you spend here! Have the vision to look beyond your dreams... Leanndra Apophysis 2.03a Postwork: PhotoFiltre

A beautiful - if somber - image. Last evening we had a programme on TV regarding Caesar's conquest of Gaul and of his unleashing the legions to slaughter every man, woman, child (40,000 souls) in a city just captured. History presumably teaches but progress is agonisingly slow. Those bombs probably saved countless lives - both Japanese and American - but it is hard to stomach those preempting words. People will agonise over those blasts until the memory dims - or until worse takes their place. Cliff.

Magnificent powerful image with mixed feelings. There's beauty and horror at the same time. The way we feel at the moment of viewing can determine the choice. Sign me in for the beauty now!. History repeats itself. Technology evolves at a giant pace while our minds are still in the caverns...bad combination!

Leanndra this image brings forth the majestic powers of the human mind yet with it come's a price that which is death. For the ones who lived through this witnest Hell itself. Outstanding words with a beautiful but deadly image. Bravo!!!...:))

Like creation itself in its unbrideled power. I really like the glows within and the flow of energy from the small dark clusters to the outer edges. BTW-I hate ISP problems. I am on my uptenth new one. I don't even remember how many i have tried. So sorry to hear you are having such problems.
