BIOWell let see I am 52 years young and reside in Texas implanted from California. I found out I had a talent for art when I was in the Army and bored to death during guard duty. With a camp full of men there was bound to be a magizine or two lying around and I pick one up and started to draw the model. Found out I was not that bad. So I kept up with it and went from pencil to charcol, pastels, oils, air brush and thought I had reached the end of my artist life and then I found poser. Totally a different creature than free handing but a new chalange. IN most of my renders you will find a lot of hand drawn props with in sorry but once a free hand artist always a free hand artist. But most everything in my render beside the model I drew in Photoshop. But I am going to try to get Poser down and then I will try modeling. I have enjoyed the picture from all of you so much talent out there in the gallery. I hope to be in the same ranks someday soon.
Thanks for viewing see you in the gallery.

This is a nice pose and cropping for a portrait. Good skin tone, although maybe a bit darkish. Is the dress painted on? It looks really great. I also like the little vignette effect and the bright spots in the background. The hair needs more work, but you're getting there. I think more volume and less visible brush strokes. It's a pity that both her eyes are covered. My two main points of critique would be that the overall constrast is too low, making the colors look rather flat. Also, I think dark hair would have matched the overall color scheme better.

Reminds me of that classic Claudia Schiffer photo. Keep working on it! You're gettin' there! Nice work.

It is it seemed to look easy enough to practice different things on. Thanks for your comments.
