Description


Another photo of the digger bees that I have found living in my yard :-) Boy they are hard to photograph. I was on elbows and knees with my camera down in the grass and bees buzzing all around me. I probably looked crazy! Anyway the composition could probably be better but its all I had to work with. Thank you for all of your comments and have a great weekend! Wendy

Oooh, this is quite impressive!!! Catching a bee inflight like that take some skills for sure. I see nothing wrong with this compo, i love how those green straws look in the light of the sun. Excellent work! Have a great day. #:O)

It's a super macro. That thing looks like it is hovering before landing. The foliage really works too.

You aren't crazy. I've been in some weird positions 'til my muscles ached. Excellent shot. Well worth the wait. And the pain.
