Description

This image has taken up a good part of my day, getting it perfect, (to my standards)! I have grown so much, as a person and an artist. I never felt I had a place where I belonged. I belong here. This community of people who share a love for art in all forms, is so unique! We are all races, creeds, countries. We come to this virtual community and we 'meet', become friends, establish bonds, some of which will last for years. How fortunate we are! There are so many of you who have made a difference in my life, can't begin to tell you what that means. But I am going to dedicate this image to some of you! I hate to do this for fear of leaving someone out who is special to me. However, I believe those of you that I am close to, and have affection and friendship for, know who you are!. Leanndra Kansas, Flamegrower73, CoolBreezeLady, Argiebooze, Shortgrey, Druidstorm, Zoozee, Kitchaos, LFNForever, FallenangelLPN, Artice, BikerBitch#1,FracJay, FarAnAway, AnnaKirsten, Genefleeman,Twiggypeasticks, Fractalinda,Pericles, Blush, Tresamie, Blacq_Nyght_Vampyre, Renderix, Melancon, Clifftoppler, Leeco, yesitis3, Kepp, Pickles, ShadowsandTime,Ruthee, CavalierLady, Miwi,Redshift, Rocserum, Locomouse, Shemia,and of course, Ankhsunamun! I know I will run out of space before I run out of names! How lucky I am! Also MagicHawk, who no longer posts here, and the greatest Fractal Instructor I know, and someone I consider a friend, Fractelaar, without whose guidance and encouragement you would not be looking at this image which was made in: Flight From Fractal Postwork: PSP7 Ra was regarded as the creator of everything, the god of the sun. Ra is usually represented with the body of a man and the head of a hawk, holding an ankh & sceptre. The chief location of Ra worship was Heliopolis (a Greek word meaning city of the sun).
