Description

Inspired by the warmest autumn ever recorded here in Holland, I decided to try something different in Bryce. A simple image of two leaves of the ambertree in our garden. I scanned the leaves and made two terrains of them. To get round the limited possibilities of modelling in Bryce I used a boolean trick to make them curl the way they did on my desk. So: three terrains for every leaf (think about that...;-). I used the scans for texturing. Et voila.....To be honest, I was surprised myself about the result. Hope you like it too, and feel free to comment. ***Arend***

I saw this image when you first posted it and failed to comment then. I came across your gallery again when I was doing a search for X-Ray and I've got to say... you have a most outstanding body of work here. Every image is stunning and exquisite to look at. But now, you've dropped out of the scene. What have you been doing in the meantime? Are you still Brycing? Where can we see your more recent works?
