Description

While out riding last week before I got sick, went to our local lake and caught this water bird. He is always at the same spot. I have a few more from the lake, which I will post later. Postwork added border and frame. All done is PSP 9. This is the first bird I have ever taken a pic of. As always all views and comments are appreciated Many thanks, Susan~~~

it is always a pleasure to see these huge birds and see them taking to flight. we have many here but they are usually white. they always hang out in ditches along the highways looking for fish. excellent shot Susan

Oh, SUSAN! He is wonderful! I followed one around a week or so ago, but I don't know if I got any good shots. They seemed to have misplaced my film. I love your postwork, too! Hope your feeling better, hon.

A very beautiful picture that looks as if you spent hours painting it with watercolours. It is so hard to get birds in the wild to stay long enough to get set up so a great capture.
