Description

Well I took this the day I left New Oleans. Im back home for how long I don't know,.. I liked the POV and wanted something with the dome in the background,... if look close their is a man working on the dome,.. its not very clear but he is on it. And no I am not to blame for FEMAs managment issues. I am on the medical responce side. However I can say this,...The city is mostly without power still. I have never seen more help wanted signs in my lifetime, This place is a ghost town in a lot of repects. I never knew coffins float!,..like fifteen miles inland! This mess will take years to fix. Now my personal feeling on this matter is too long. but,.. The corps of engineers say it will take 10+ years and 200 billion to build a levy for a cat 5 hurricaine. So of the 60,000+ homes affected how much of an increase on there property tax for living below sealevel will they have to pay? Answer = NONE! Thats right property taxes go right to the state not to the governement! State claims broke what do you do?

I agree with what the previous two said, and more! You do deserve a big {{{{{HUG}}}}} for all you do. I do not know the answers either, and some have said that we should just let the ocean stay where it wants to. I think nature seems to want to have its way, no matter what we do, anyway. It's sad for New Orleans, though. I hope it can be rebuilt someday.
