He is going to be a great dog, EVEN when he grows up. It DEFINITELY does depend on the owner. You can make poodles be "mean and vicious" if you mistreat them and train them that way. We have three dogs, lab/dalmation cross, black lab, and shepperd cross, and they live in our loving home and are the sweetest dogs. Sounds to me like you love dogs, and this lil fella will grow up to be a sweetie as well, given lots of love, attention, and affection.

they are cute as puppys but full grown and mean is a different story. there was one that came by my house that was hungry so I fed her. the next morning she was back for more and then I took her to the shelter so she would not get killed. she was a sweet young pit bull but three dogs are too much to feed and pet with two hands. excellent shot Kimarie

This is a very cute picture, I just love it. Reminds me when mine were this small. I have three old family red nose and a chocolate red nose rescue pitbull. Our vet gave the chocolate one to us because he knew how well behaved and loved our pits are. Taking a pit to the shelter just signed its death warrant. The shelters will kill them because of their breed. The only animal killed by society because of their breed. These dogs are excellent dogs and full of love if the owner allows it. The owners are to blame for the bad rep these dogs get and the inbreeding they do with these dogs. Pits are extremely smart, stubborn at times and make excellent friends. If you want a loyal pet, the pit is the dog of choice, just make sure you buy your pit from a reputible breeder. I raised german shepards all my life and I will take a pit over a shepard any time, for my pet. This picture is just beautiful.
