Description

Personal Phots PhotoFiltre Thanks for your visit and comments/votes on previous posts. This image is just for sharing, everyone has such lovly photos but I can't take a decent photo to save my life..Usually use a polaroid or disposable, just me lol! A am a recuer, if it doesn't have a home I take it, well I did, can't now but 99% of my animals have been rescues. Including fish... Scopio is not a rescue, just a wierd friendly sit in my hand goldfish, he died....Moe, Larry and Curley Ducks along with Ma and Pa McDuck either visited my apartment, my office or both on a daily basis, as did Sam the Squirrel, my Christmas Guest:-) Sunny, my ferret and Snoopy my dog are the only animals I didn't rescue on this image. Kera was at the pound, Fluffy was abandoned as was Angel Piggie and Tag A Long. Dominoe was on his way to the pound at three weeks old..not happening! Dominoe played Mom (my 13 year old boy) to Tag A Long when I got him, and put up with every ounce of abuse that Tag could hit him with. Snoopy was 19 when she died and I still miss her, she played mom to abandoned kittens,I was 25 when she died.. I miss all my animals when they leave me and I will now miss the ones I can no longer take in...There are so many other animals I have had including a coyote, a red fox and a peacock. This is a picture of unconditional love folks, won't you rescue one or two? Or at least find them a home if you can't take them in, don't take them to the pound please..Be responsible and have them altered so there is not over population..and last of all love them...Thanks for reading and viewing..

A wonderful montage Lynn! Our dog, Delila, is a purebred Cotton de Tuler (or however you spell it) She was going to be put down by her owner because she is deaf! No good for shows and therefore "worthless". It was just before Christmas and I came home from work to find a small white fluffball barking at me.. Shelley had saved her life and brought her home. She is a wonderful friend to us now :)) I think rescued animals know they were rescued and form a stronger bond with you because of that. You may miss them when they are gone, but can take comfort in the fact that you gave them a loving home when they needed it most. Huge Hugs!!!
