Description

This is my first submission to the Ro galleries, so go easy on me. You know, I love the Material Room. The skin (well, scales) in this experiment is entirely procedural and the result of god knows how much time tweaking settings and playing Break the Node Tree. The eyes are the only noticable texture map in here, from a nifty naga-type freebie from the awesome specs2. Teeth and lacrimal from Bits & Pieces, Eowyn. Lighting is from my own LightOrb pack. The model is, naturally, Aiko III. Gentle postwork to add a touch of life.

Then first and foremost - welcome!! :D ... and now that this is done i can pass over to commenting the image... i think that you did a very good work with the material room - i've tried using it when i had the chance but i couldn't really figure it out good, while being a first post, looks like you did straight out!! A little suggestion would be to "darken" the "nostril" material, to avoid the unnatural "lighted inside" effect on the nose, but she's a quite delicious creature!! (alright, i'm biased because she's half-snake! LOL!) ^_^ You did good - keep posting!!
