This was a pen draft before Hurricane France hit.
After put water color to it.
Yes . Live in South Florida .. but from the north of the USA.
Anyway thought I would upload this as I have another unfinished painting that may as well be to Hurricane Wilma who was a real ..
Let's just say not such a nice Hurricane ..
