Description

I finally have Photoshop 7 and started tinkering with it. A lot more good stuff in there compared to paint. I feel like I just jumped from first to sixth grade in art class.I still need to go thru the tutorial a few hundred times but at least I am getting there. Wish me luck, cause you folks will be seeing my work.(smiles)

IMHO paint shop pro9 is a much better editing program for manipulations and effects than photoshop7. I have both and was able to use psp within a few days instead of the months i struggled with ps7. It is also a lot less expensive. I realize this advice is like closing the barn door after the horses are gone but there is a time limited trial version of psp9 available either free or very very cheap. You may like it enough to add it to your editing tools. I still use ps7 for a few things (like "save-for-web' and a few filters i like) but it is so user unfriendly i don't fight with it much anymore.
