Description
Everything in this chapter was used in chapter 4- since all hospital rooms tend to look alike. The shading was the goal in this one. To get the shadows to fall right on her. The tear streaks were added in photoshop.

Very dramatic! I've noticed the clothing tends to look shiny, especially visible here. Even though it appears that you're attempting to make her blouse shiny, it doesn't look like the kind of shine fabric would have. Perhaps a fine-grain bump map, with a low setting would help?
