Excellent work!!!! I am far from an expert but here are my recommendations : Just a little bit less light in the hairs may give them a less hard look ... unless she used a lot of hair spray LoL ;-) and the eyes would look more realistic with just a little more reflection ... to give them a more liquid feeling. But It is an awesome picture!!!! these are mostly my tastes.
