Very beautiful portrait Noeska! Photoshop has many ways to bring the color out more. You can use "Hue and Saturation", "Color Balance" and "Brightness and Contrast" to enhance any layer in your image without affecting other layers. These tools can be found by clicking on the word "Image" on the tool bar at the top of the screen, and then selecting "Adjustments" from the menu. You will see many more options as well! Excellent work!
