Description
Well this one has been a long time in the making. Worked on the plane for quite some time and still want to do more but youhave to finish sometime. This is an Italian WW2 fighter it was wha tthey used for the most part. The plane was not fast or well armed but a number of Italian Aces flew. Mainly it handled liek a dream. They were used in North Africa and later in Sicily. I picked it because of the interstign cowling on it and that is is an open cockput plane too. I think I will change from planes for a bit now and move on. Lots of postwork on this one to give it a bit of a different look.

Fantastic job Dann-O!! Smallworld from the Rhino forum modeled one of these a couple of months ago. Not the most popular planes of WW2, but I always love seeing them. The barrels are a nice addition.

Oh yes, I like that sort of dusty effect in the air. Reminds me of the Omani Desert.
