Description

The rains are late this year. Here it is November and apart from a few showers there has been nothing. Very little remains except for a bit of scraggly grass. The trees with their deeper roots are surviving better and the jacaranda in particular is magnificant. The sky is looking promising but it is still very hot. The place to be this evening will be the verandah to sit and see if the promise becomes reality and perhaps sleep tonight will be to the sound of water on the tin roof. I adapted the small house to make a house on stumps. I am not sure that the tin roof is perfect - but its the idea of a corrugated tin roof LOL. Thanks for looking and any comments.
