Description

Flanked by devoted members of her Psychic Guard, the Galactic Empress disembarks at the main starport of one of her outlying possessions, an insignificant lump of rock with the quaint name of "Earth". She wears a friendly expression now, but she has a serious purpose. Earth is the home of the Originarian Heresy, the delusion that it, rather than the imperial homeworld of Omphale, was the source of human life. Adherents claim that most of the physical evidence was destroyed during the Conquest - a convenient excuse. All serious-minded scientists condemn the Heresy as preposterous.
