I took this picture in August, in "Ballon d'Alsace" (East France).
This beautiful cow is a "vosgienne", the breed which produce a special milk, used for making the famous "munster", one of the best french's cheese. Munster has an awful strong smell, but a very fine and sweet taste. You can eat it cold or melted on potatoes: it's delicious!

Une sieuse concurrence pour les vaches de l'Aubrac de Jean-Pierre (DELMUR) (posts dut octobre...) !!! C'est dre mais avec cette image j'aime moins ton encadrement (faut pas abuser des bonnes choses...lol !) Mais la photo (et la vache !!) est tr sympa ! Bonne soir, Lolo ! :~)
