Description
I know the quality of this image leaves something to be desired but I just had to share this behavior that I have never witnessed from a bird. There was a shadow over the pond and I had to take this through the window and at full zoom so the odds were against a clear photo. I tried to clear it up a bit but I have no experience with doing photo editing. I have never saw a bird such as a dove actually swim. She jumped right in when she could have bathed on the edge and you can hopefully see that her feet are not touching the bottom of the pond. I am going to try to catch them doing this again when the lighting is better. If anyone has suggestions for postwork on a photo such as this it would be appreciated. He he, a little aberration in the mind of the dove.... Sometimes hard to reach the goal of a good shot, but you tried the best you coud do! :)
