BIOMy art is my mouth in the context of this digital era. Naturally art is an expression, however, I want to say something with my art. Through diversity I can make many aspects of my thoughts be one with the art. I try to accompany each image with some text that might be explaining in some way. I try to make sophisticated art.
My art has to evoke thoughts, there has to be intelligence in it. It might not always be apparent at a first glance, but it's always there. I try to provoke people, not to shock, but to let people think. Some of my opinions might seem bold, but they simply represent a certain theme of thinking.
I've attended and finished an art academy and have learned some nice techniques in those 4 years. Also I got some good art education there. However, the disadvantages of those academies is that they want to mold you into a certain product. They want to be able to label you as one of their special projects. There's not really a lot of room for lateral vision which I hold in high regard. It's lateral vision that defies boundaries. It's lateral vision that set the tone for new experiences in art. It's lateral vision that saves the world from aesthetic boredom.

Oh, that's why so many women are excluded from education in Islamic countries. It's the lack of opportunities given to women (no voting, imprtant jobs, no education, strict protection etc). Plus the fact that Islam cannot tolerate any criticism against their religion (see recent incident in Denmark with 12 cartoons about Muhammed). These days plenty is being done in the name of Islam, in the name of Allah. Islam is not fit for democracy. As long as the Islam can't re-evaluate itself, because it cannot tolerate criticism, it is a dangerous religion. The political Islam is a danger to Western society. The religious Islam is not, but it is being used as a political tool.

Not knowing where you're heading but impeccable design.

We seem to have entered a mutual comment-deletion/revision thing, now they're appearing in a weird order ;-) Of course I agree with much of what you say, although would assert that more damage has been done to the world in general in the name of Jesus Christ, who must be the most misquoted and misunderstood bloke in history. Plenty of repression of women to be found in the history of Christianity, not just Islam. And as for democracy, in much of the first world it's more of an illusion than complete actuality anyway - the latest governmental tool appears to be the T-words, now they're into using the words Terrorist Threat to keep us on our toes and keep themselves in the seat of power :-)

Either you have no idea what islam is or your trying to purely malign. Your a sorry excuse :(

The political and religious Islam are so intertwined that they prevent further re-evaluation of its principles. Why do some people from Islamic countries seek refugee in the Western world? Because of Islamic tolerance?

Thanks for clarifying your statement, syndroid. Political Islam is a danger, I agree. Not only to Western society, it is a danger to the whole world - including the Islamic countries. Just as political Christianity or political Judaism or political [fill in whatever religion you want] is a danger to the whole world. As for religion itself - the world is changing fast, and old certaincies are fading fast. Many people have trouble facing the world in these uncertain times and are looking for something to believe in, something they won't have to examine and dispute. In other words, many people look to religion for answers, since the old social structures won't provide them anymore. There's an almost universal shift towards religion, including its extreme and malignant forms. The only thing a reasonable human being can do is not fall for the lure of unthinking religion, but keep on questioning, thinking for himself/herself, and to accept that there are no eternal truths in this world. About the image: very well designed and executed. About your original message: too generalized.

thanks svdl for saying what was on my mind. I would like to add that the original message is not only too generalized but also highly provocative.

While I love the design, and I respect the large testicles (Pardon if you're female) that it took to post this, I think ALL organized religions are problamatic because they are dictated by humans, and humans are flawed and petty. Look at the Catholic church and all the damage they have done to society and woman? Look at what happens to women in India that don't pass the marriage process, they are burned alive. I would take great care in making sweeping judgements unless you are willing to expose the others, and there are plenty of others.....
