Nicely textured and rendered. You might try resizing the trees on the left a bit to make them more random. The water is excellent. Don't know why but it looks like the coldest part of this picture.

I love the way the scene is put together, but I think the wolf looks a little out-of-place. Maybe if you were to put some snow particles on its back in photoshop, he could look more realistic. Also, the snow on the mountains to the right looks a bit unnatural. Try making them look a little more like the mountain on the left. This can easily become a 10!
