If it's an owl, in fact it doesn't fly anymore as it's encaged in ice! lol.
poor guy... but I was so happy to succeed in this ice effect that I could not deliver it before showing it to you.

The ice texture is perfect, so is the colour. I'd rather think it's an idea flying, ideas can be very resilient to adverse conditions.
