very nicely modelled, but i dont understand wat it is, a bar table or a kitchen platform, anyways i like the design and modelling part.

it is a small kitchen with a bar atachamet it is for a real place

nicely modelled, again. But really, try out a thing like Vray, finalrender or Max's built in GI rendering. These kind of models fare extra well with GI renders.
