Just playing around with the Kabbalah a little bit more. And found the folder with the grunge-brushes *lol*
So nothing with really a meaning behind it - just another try on a portrait or something like that ... not sure.

lol No, not really. It was an accident, because otherwise the finger would have stuck in her hair. I realized it too late, that this position of the hand could maybe be misinterpreted ^.^
