This is extraordinary. The 'V3 nose' is all I can see of the regular figure. The texturing is very well thought-out - asymmetrical and detailed without being over-photorealistic, which can be a giveaway. And a P4 render... any chance you could put up a tutorial at some stage?

Very realistic! the bottom of her face where there is no detail in the hair makes that stand out, and looks fake, but the rest is believable!
