Description

I took this picture with my old 1mp HPC200 on October 2 of 2004. I edited it with PaintShop Pro creating an "oil painting" appearance. This has long been one of my favorites and I have it printed out, framed and hanging in my office. This picture was taken in Soulard, the old French Quarter of St. Louis.
